Ultrium 1840 external drive
Error
* When restoring large files, time out error appears and process gets interrupted before complete
Description
* Unit is external device and connected to server with array controller.
* Array controller also shows cache battery error in the controller.
* Array controller firmware was upto date.
* Below are the screen captures of the error.
Fix
* Array controller cache battery was replaced (307132-001) and the issue was dissipated.
