Physical connection to server to MSA 2040 fc does not show in SMU(Storage Management Utility) when the server and storage connected with fiber cables and server is powered on without OS.

* When the file copy process started to a mapped volume, volume gets disconnected from the server.
* Controller A status become faulty.
* Controller A status become faulty.
Can not login to MSA 2040 from web browser

Symptom
* When try to connect to the storage through web browser, "Page cannot be load" message appears. Storage controllers can be ping from the computer, which the attempt was made to login.
* login attempts were made with "https:\\" and "http:\\", which failed in both options.
* login attempts were made with "https:\\" and "http:\\", which failed in both options.
The enclosure health status has been degraded on SMU - P2000 G3 SAS
