C7000 Blade Enclosure OA

Symptom

When the enclosure was restarted, OA settings were returned to defaults

Description
** Above symptom is due to the failure of the OA internal battery. This is known as "Time Keeper", which is similar to the component installed in the network switches. Without the internal battery, settings of the OA is not saved. 

Action Taken to fix the Issue

* All the settings of the OA was set to defaults

* Password can not be reset by using the script. Even though the script runs, it will not reset the password. 

* In order to reset the password null modem cable and the OA reset switch need to be used

Time Keeper

* OA internal battery was replaced and reconfigure the OA.
