When the file copy process started to a mapped volume, volume gets disconnected from the server

Symptom

* When the file copy process started to a mapped volume, volume gets disconnected from the server.

* Controller A status become faulty.

Description

* After the storage power cycle, controller status become normal.

Fix

* Controller A was replaced and power cycle the storage.

* Vdisk was deleted after data is backed up. Then the Vdisk was recreated and data was restored.

* Issue was same

* Storage cache was cleared as per HP L3 advice, due to it may represent part of a phantom volume, and disk firmware was upgraded, in order to fix known write errors in some disks. As the next step, firmware of the controller was updated. But the issue remains same.

* As per the HP L3 advice, chassis (717869-001) was replaced and the issue was same.

*  As per HP L3 advice, CLI command was entered as below, fixing the issue.
