DL 320 Gen8 Server
Symptom
* Server does not boot in to OS.
* After the array controller loads up, boot process does not continue.
* Array controller detects the existing logical drives.
* When rebooting the server, deleted arrays appear to be intact.
* When the array controller cable was removed or disks were removed server boots up.
Fix
Smart storage administrator was accessed with the F5 just after the array controller is loaded and delete the array.
Delete the existing array and recreate the array. System works with degraded performance.
Note: - behavior is coursed by hard disk which is intermittently failing. After replace the hard drive, system was working smoothly.
