Windows 2008 shows red machine code screen when booting in Gen9 servers

Symptom

* When the Windows 2008 boots up in Gen9 servers, below screen appears and server does not boot in to Windows GUI.

Description

* This can happen after reset the BIOS of the server. With the resetting of the BIOS, boot mode of the Gen9 server set to UEFI mode and "UEFI Optimized Boot" option is set to "Enable". This is the default setting of the server. 

* Windows 2008 does not support the "UEFI Optimized Boot" option.

Fix

* "UEFI Optimized Boot" should be "disabled" in order to boot the Windows 2008 in UEFI mode.
