• On Integrated Management Log : Smart Storage Battery has exceeded the maximum amount of devices supported (Battery 1 service information: 0x07). Action: 1. Remove additional devices. 2. Consult server troubleshooting guide. 3. Gather AHS log and contact Support.

Windows 2008 shows red machine code screen when booting in Gen9 servers

* When the Windows 2008 boots up in Gen9 servers, below screen appears and server does not boot in to Windows GUI.

DL320 Gen8 Server Does not boot / Stuck after loading array controller

* Server does not boot in to OS.

* After the array controller loads up, boot process does not continue.

* Array controller detects the existing logical drives.

* When rebooting the server, deleted arrays appear to be intact.

* When the array controller cable was removed or disks were removed server boots up.

DL380 Gen9 Fan Speed Goes High Speed
